Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP)

A voluntary, non-competative, program for agricultural landowners.  Receive incentive payments for installing specific conservation practices along waterways.  Through CREP, farmers and ranches can receive annual rental payments and cost-share assistance to establish long-term, resource conserving covers on eligible land.  For more information contact our local Farm Service Agency (FSA) office or check-out the website below.

Environmental Quality Incentive Program (EQIP)

The EQIP program promotes voluntary conservation practices from farmers and ranchers, agricultural practices and environmental qualtiy that are in line with national standards.  EQIP offers financial and technical help assisting qualitfied (competative program) applicants install or implement structural and management practices on eligible agricultural land.  EQIP is a competative cost-share program.

Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP)

CSP is designed to reward the best conservationists and motivate the rest!CSP supports ongoing conservation stewardship of agricultural lands by providing assistance to producers to maintain and enhance natural resources.  CSP is a voluntary USDA program, designed for working lands (food and/or fiber production).  This program financially rewards farmers and ranchers who are taking care of their land at the highest levels!
